Bliss Notable Ingredients

Bliss has been discontinued, so we are unsure what ingredients it contiained. Although Thyro-Drive is still available, the ingredients list was missing from the manufacturer’s website when we visited for the purposes of this review. We located a list of ingredients for the Opti-Core product, though, and it may have the potential to further the weight loss process.

Most of the key ingredients in Opti-Core are housed in a proprietary blend. This makes it impossible to see if the quantities involved are likely to be sufficient to support good results.

Presuming an adequate amount is included, Valerian should help improve sleep, and melatonin is also good in this regard. GABA fights stress and reduces cortisol levels which, in turn, prevents the appetite from spiralling out of control.

The merits of kava kava are debatable. Although the ingredient is known to assist sleep, and is sometimes used in anti-anxiety drugs, it is also poses a risk of liver damage and should never be used for more than three months.
