Bliss Go PackBliss Go Pack is trio of supplements packaged together and intended to be used as a weight loss stack.

It’s the creation of 1st Phorm International and the company say the pack is only suitable for women, but two of the products included are also sold individually and deemed suitable for use by both sexes.

The third product, Bliss, is also sold individually, as a fat burner for women, but this is likely to be just a marketing angle.

In our experience most so-called female fat burners contain ingredients that are identical to the ones used in man-only and/or unisex fat burning products. The only difference tends to be fat burners for women tend to have a lot of pink on the label.

Bliss Key Components

The three products included in Bliss Go Pack are:

  • Bliss
  • Thyro-Drive
  • Opti-Core

The first two products are intended to provide dietary support throughout the day. The third one works at night.

Bliss is designed to boost the metabolism and suppress hunger urges. A faster metabolism burns extra calories. When hunger is suppressed it becomes easier to eat less food. When the two benefits are combined the body may become so short of calories it has to burn fat to obtain the energy it needs.

Thyro-Drive is designed to aid the thyroid gland and make sure it produces a sufficient amount of the “T” hormones that are required for a healthy metabolism.

Opti-Core is a cortisol reducer that is taken at night. Cortisol is a stress hormone released during times of anxiety. Elevated cortisol levels are the reason behind the cravings for sugary food that are sometimes referred to as “comfort eating”.

1st Phorm customers are provided with a 30-day money back guarantee and anyone who claims a refund gets back all of their original investment plus a further 10%.

Bliss Notable Ingredients

Bliss has been discontinued, so we are unsure what ingredients it contiained. Although Thyro-Drive is still available, the ingredients list was missing from the manufacturer’s website when we visited for the purposes of this review. We located a list of ingredients for the Opti-Core product, though, and it may have the potential to further the weight loss process.

Most of the key ingredients in Opti-Core are housed in a proprietary blend. This makes it impossible to see if the quantities involved are likely to be sufficient to support good results.

Presuming an adequate amount is included, Valerian should help improve sleep, and melatonin is also good in this regard. GABA fights stress and reduces cortisol levels which, in turn, prevents the appetite from spiralling out of control.

The merits of kava kava are debatable. Although the ingredient is known to assist sleep, and is sometimes used in anti-anxiety drugs, it is also poses a risk of liver damage and should never be used for more than three months.

Usage Guidelines

Bliss Capsules  – have to be taken with 16 oz of water. Two capsules are required each morning, 15 to 45 minutes before eating. Two more capsules are needed in the early afternoon, taken 15 to 45 minutes before a meal. New users are advised to begin by taking one capsule per dose while they assess for tolerance issues.

Thyro-Drive – Two Thryo-Drive capsules should be taken, two times per day alongside the normal dose of Bliss.

Opti-Core – Three capsules are needed 45 minutes before bedtime.

Bliss Customer Testimonials and Feedback

A few average customer comments read:

“I hoped this would help curb my hunger and burn some fat and I am happy to say it worked. It’s a lot of pills to take a day, but I’ve lost 18 pounds so far and am feeling really energetic these days. If it works for me it should do the same for you.”
“If you are looking for a supplement that will make feel sick as a parrot and give you a pounding head, this will work like a charm. If you want something to help you lose weight try something else instead.”
“I’ve been losing around 4 pounds a week since I began with Bliss Go Pack and have a ton of extra energy. It’s easily the best diet product I’ve tried so far.”
“I used these three products in the way the instructions said and received no benefits at all. I feel extremely let down and disappointed and will be asking for my money back.”

Potential Side Effects

Although customer reviews suggest some users appear to be able to use the Bliss Go Pack products without encountering problems, not everyone is so lucky.

The most commonly reported side effects are headaches and stomach upsets. Bearing in mind the fact that using a product such as this involves consuming a mishmash of supplements and ingredients it would be wise for all potential users to seek medical advice before commencing supplementation.

The Final Judgement

Bliss Go Pack may help support weight loss support, but the fact that it appears to cause some users to be unwell is an issue and could explain why the product appears to have been pulled from the market. For whatever reason, though, if you were hoping to buy Bliss Go Pack you will be unable to do so and will have to choose something else instead.

Availability and Distribution

Bliss Go Pack is no longer listed on the 1st Phorm website. Bliss fat burning capsules also appear to have been discontinued, but the other two products are still available to buy individually, together, or as part of a unisex fat burning stack.
